Firstly and most importantly, I’m really excited to be working with you! I wrote this guide to share insight on how I like to work and communicate; it’s for context-setting not rules-setting.
Working styles are always a work-in-progress so consider this a living document. I’m always open to feedback about what’s helpful and what isn’t in here.

Collaboration Style
- Like working in the mornings, get a feeling of accomplishment. It’s also a moment of complete silence, knowing many are sleeping, giving one deep motivation and focus. Then can relax toward the end of the day.
- Very driven and ambitious, often need someone to cool me down (e.g take the weekend off or smth)
- I like driving my own self-initiative, and like trying millions of things before choosing the right one.
- Like working in asynchronous fashion, in my own time. Though in conflict with my close-communication style
- Always asking the right questions to the right people, while having the awareness of not asking too many questions.
- I like working on a time-based cadence rather project completion. I often set unrealistic expectations for completion and get stressed. But time-based is a great balance for my life and work.
- I love to write down things. Documentation is my number one tool, and organization is my number one quality.
- I like illustrating concepts, from brainstorm sessions to formal documentation. Figma designs ensue…
- I am avery visual and creative learner
